• If you *really* want to know what's going on, check the Discuss New Features Board!  Oops....if you found this ME Page, you're already there!
• The SITE MAP is your friend! (..hmmmm.......not sure I need friends like that!)
• Check the Announcement Board on a regular basis to see what wonderful new features eBay is sticking us with!
• Check the System Status Board for site performance updates (eBay's version anyway!)
• Contact Customer Support  (or lack of.....be patient....)
• Contact Contact Rules & Safety (Safe Harbor) for questions about eBay policies.
• Billing Problems?  Be sure to give ALL of the information needed to resolve your problem!
• Need a Credit from Billing?  Give ALL the information;  auction numbers, reason for request, etc.
• Need to contact a buyer or seller? Click on their feedback number, then their ID and e-mail through eBay's servers. Sometimes email will go through the eBay servers when they're not getting through on yours.
  If you still have problems you can get Member Contact Info and phone them.
• Need to report a possible Prohibited, Questionable or Infringing item? Contact Rules & Safety.
• If you need to report possible cases of misuse (fraud/shill bidding, etc.) on eBay, Contact Rules & Safety.
• Do you have a suggestion for new eBay features? Contact Support (Be *very* careful what you ask for!)
• Need Image or HTML help?  Images/HTML  Board
• What can you do when you file a NPB/FVF request and then get the money? If it's just NPB it won't count against your bidder and you don't have to do anything.  If you've filed for a FVF credit request you can File to Get the Warning Removed.
• Give up?  Had Enough? How to Close Your eBay Account (...and they don't make it easy!)
